Bill Humphrey co-owner and Massachusetts general contractor has in excess of 36 years of experience in the custom home construction industry. An educational background in architectural home design compliments Bill's custom home construction experience. This combination of experience with architectural design and construction allows Bill to comfortably manage the construction of truly custom homes. A licensed contractor in Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bill personally supervises the construction of every home. Since starting Creative Homes Bill has supervised the building of over 600 custom homes.

During this time he has gained experience in working with many varied architectural features in homes that range from modest 1000 square foot ranches to super efficient ENERGY CRAFTED (TM) homes in excess of 6000 square feet. After construction Bill is also responsible for managing the 24-hour customer service hot line. The best way to avoid service problems is to use only the best materials and subcontractors.
