Touch And this machine is available in red White and black so you do get some Different choices depending on how you Want to color coordinate in your own At-home coffee shop That’s everything that comes in the box With the machine the instructions the Machine itself Let’s talk about the features on the y 1.1 touch Now first of all the y 1.1 touch Is it’s totally unlike any single serve Machine i think maybe you’ve ever seen It’s got this tempered glass top and This really nice Brushed aluminum look to it a lot of Metal a lot of glass So it’s extremely stylish looking and it Even comes down to the water tank being Sort of hidden away It’s right here on the front of the Machine it’s a small Water tank but again you’re brewing Espresso so you’re not going to use too Much water But of course you want to keep that full Of filtered water so that you get the Best possible beverage On the top of the machine you’re going To find your two backlit brew buttons These are backlit in white They allow you to choose between brewing A standard espresso shot

And a lungo shot you’re just going to Want to choose an eaper espresso capsule That matches the beverage you want to Brew check out our video on epa espresso Capsules to find out more information About them Then you’re going to have your drip tray Now this is removable and this offers You Enough clearance to brew a shot of Espresso that shot is going to brew from The brew head which is right here to Access that you just simply Open it up and this is where you’re Going to add your epa espresso capsule Lock it down and start the brew process And That’s pretty much everything on the Machine with the exception also Of the heating plate is on the top of The machine you notice that There’s a lot of space on this machine And that’s because right here This whole section of the machine is Actually very warm it’s hot even And this is where you can store your mug Such as my ily cup that i have right Here Keep it nice and hot and ready for Brewing because a good Hot cup is going to give you a great Shot of espresso Now speaking of a shot of espresso let’s Talk about how you can brew

Using the y 1.1 to start brewing with The y 1.1 touch of course First select an epa espresso capsule Place that capsule into the brew head And then close and lock it down now You’re going to choose your brew size I’m going to go ahead and just make use Of the standard espresso brew so i’m Going to use My ili cup right here and just press This button right here on the machine Now the eepr espresso line of machines Makes use Of italy’s revolutionary two-step Brewing process what happens when you Press that button is First the capsule is flooded with water And that water is going to start soaking The flavor out of the grounds Then the seal on the bottom of that Capsule is going to be broken and then You’re going to actually Get your shot of brewed espresso this Makes sure that you get a really good Shot because you don’t just Run hot water over those grounds you Actually soak the flavor out of them and Then you start brewing And it happens very quickly as you can See that right there is my Single shot of espresso from the y 1.1 Touch Now clean up is very easy all i need to Do is open the brew head
