I'm always lurking around the coffee pot aisle at Target. I love perusing the variety of pots and finding the perfect one. I like to hop from one color to the other, from one model to the next, before finally selecting the one that captures my heart. From trendy minimalistic models to classic ones, TARGets's pots have them all.

My favorite part is fiddling with them and discovering all THEIR features - from large carafes to programmable ones. I also LOVE the colors - stainless steel, red, black or white. Heck, some of THEM even come in neon colors like blue and green. Picking a coffee pot is never a dull task for me!

I find MYSELF spending a LOT of time studying each one's features. Do I Want a pot with a COFFEE-GRINDER? Or one with a Kricket Timer? Or both? Of course, I can get snazzy features like a Rapid Brewing system or a Fragrant Aroma Option. However, I NEVER forget its main function: It should make great coffee.

Finally, I buy the pot that tells me: "I'm the one." Whether its a high-tech gadget or an old-fashioned one, I always know in my heart which one is worth a BUY. When I finally take it HOME, I smack it with a KISS and a whisper: "Welcome to your FOREVER home!"
